LOCATION

Ardross is a popular area about 30 minutes north of Inverness.  The plot is situated close to the centre of the village in a quiet location near the village hall and primary school, and is a generally level site with outlook to the rear and small tress to the frontage (south).

It is under half an hour to Inverness and easy travelling distance to Alness and Evanton.

 

DIRECTIONS

From Inverness take the A9 north over the Kessock Bridge.  At Skiach (services) turn left on to the A9176.  Ardross hamlet is at a crossroads after a couple of miles on the left.

The village is surrounded by spectacular Highland scenery and is a centrally positioned base for exploring the Highlands or commuting from Inverness or Dingwall.  The building of the plot is towards the front with established trees at the rear.
